These Terms & Conditions govern your use of My Community. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms and with our Privacy Policy and Child Safety Standards.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs through your account.
- You must be legally eligible to use the relevant features of the App. Social discovery, direct interaction, and matchmaking features are intended for adults aged 18 or older.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that appear false, misleading, impersonating others, unsafe, or in violation of these terms.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App lawfully, respectfully, and safely. You must not:
- Post false, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful content.
- Exploit the App for spam, phishing, scams, unauthorized advertising, or deceptive conduct.
- Upload content that infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights of any person.
- Attempt to bypass security, access another user's account, scrape data, reverse engineer restricted systems, or interfere with platform operations.
- Use the App to endanger minors, facilitate exploitation, or engage in grooming, trafficking, or abusive behavior.
3. Child Safety Standards
We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material, child sexual exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or any attempt to harm minors. Users must not create, upload, store, request, promote, or share content that exploits or sexualizes children.
- We may remove content, limit visibility, suspend accounts, permanently ban users, and preserve evidence for safety and legal review.
- We may report credible threats, exploitative content, or illegal conduct to law enforcement, cybercrime authorities, child safety hotlines, or other appropriate organizations.
- If you encounter unsafe behavior, you should report it immediately through the App or by contacting techshrines@gmail.com.
4. User Content and Community Features
- You retain responsibility for the content and information you submit to the App.
- By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and grant us a limited right to host, display, process, and moderate it for operating the service.
- Community posts, events, marketplace listings, donation records, and profile information may be visible to other users based on the design of the feature and any privacy controls provided.
- We may review, refuse, edit, restrict, or remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, or community safety requirements.
5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Donations
- Paid plans, subscriptions, or premium features may be subject to additional pricing, billing, renewal, refund, and cancellation terms presented at the time of purchase.
- Donations made through community or trust features are voluntary unless otherwise stated.
- We may suspend premium access for failed payments, chargebacks, fraud concerns, or policy violations.
6. Moderation and Enforcement
- We may investigate reports, review accounts or content, and take action we reasonably consider necessary to protect the community and the platform.
- Enforcement actions may include warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and cooperation with authorities.
- Moderation decisions may be based on safety, policy compliance, authenticity, legal obligations, or risk to other users.
7. Disclaimers
- The App is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, successful matches, or the accuracy of information submitted by users or third parties.
- Users should use their own judgment before relying on community content, profile details, event information, or marketplace listings.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, user-generated content, community interactions, or unauthorized access to your account.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised version.
